UK DELIVERY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at My Healing Kit. Your delivery experience is important to us which is why we offer a fully tracked service on all orders.

Seamoss:

Our seamoss gel is prepared daily for freshness and all orders placed before 10am will be shipped on the same day. Any orders including Seamoss gel will be dispatched via our next day fully tracked service for maximum freshness.

Please refrigerate your Seamoss immediately for atleast 1-2 hours before using it. Keep refrigerated when not in use.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Express Tracked 24 via Royal Mail

£5.49 (1-2 working days) For all orders placed Monday - Thursday before 10am. Any orders placed after this will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding bank holiday)

Tracked 48 via Royal Mail
£4.49 (2-3 working days)

Any other non perishable items (excludes Seamoss) may be sent via tracked 48 service

You will receive a text/email updates to confirm and track your order once it has been shipped.

Please ensure you have provided the correct shipping details prior to confirming your order. We will always do our best to make alterations wherever possible, however once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any amendments.

We will not take any responsibility or replace orders due to missed deliveries or where the incorrect shipping details have been provided. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.

Please note that wherever there are delays concerning strike action, this can cause delays with orders arriving which is sadly out of our control.
