Returns & Exchanges

We are aware that on some occasions, an item may need to be returned. You may return an item within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. (Excl. shipping costs)

Your item must be unused and in the original packaging you received it, with the seals intact.*

If you would like to return your order, please email us at contact@myhealingkit.com with your name and order number so we can confirm your eligibility for a refund.

Please note that we cannot accept refunds on our seamoss orders which are freshly prepared.

*Any defective or damaged items may be exchanged - please notify us as soon as your order is received and take a photo as proof of defects. We’ll respond with instructions on how to proceed.
